Cancellation Policy

We take pride in the food that we serve you, and all items are hand made with love. Gratuity is not included, however, always appreciated. We are happy to accept cancelations or changes in party numbers up until noon the day prior to your scheduled tea service. After this time we will prepare food for the number of people you reserved and we can either serve out or box food for any canceled guests. Larger groups may be charged an appropriate cancelation fee if group number is cut by 25% or more within one week of your event. Prices are subject to change without notice. Theme Teas: Due to the amount of time and preparation that goes into our special Theme Teas, such as Mother's Day and Christmas, we are unable to accept canceled guests for these occasions or refund for prepaid teas. Therefore, if for any reason you or a guest are unable to attend the tea, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to fill the spot.
